If you are just practicing your skills, and not submitting a finished movie, it does not need to be submitted to the portal. This had no real point, no sound, and although it looks you can work well with sprite animation, we don't really want to see it.

its funny to see all the metal gear awesome fanboys getting all butthurt over this stab at their favorite flash movie. it was actually a really funny short. original style, funny cock joke, and short enough to hold attention without being annoying. gets the point across.
